Those who visit to tackle the Tail of the Dragon on either two or four wheels there is ample parking as well as a metal garage adjacent to the home to store you vehicles protected from the elements.
The 3/2 1708 sq ft home itself features tile and new vinyl flooring throughout. All bedrooms as well as the living room have new remote controlled fan light fixtures and feature walk in closets. The living /dining section offers a generous open floor plan with a 65" flats creen wall mounted for entertainment. The property is equipped with central A/C and heater. For those cooler nights there is a remote controlled gas log fire place in the living room.
The huge kitchen features glass cook top and oven, vented micro hood, french door fridge and freezer with ice maker and water dispenser. Coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the utensils to cook and serve are in place to accommodate a family of 6.
The screened porch features a stainless propane BBQ grill and plenty of outdoor seating as well as a remote controlled fanlight for entertainment.
To make sure you are not running out of room there is a second frigde/freezer in the laundry room for those bulk items.
We do offer Dish network TV programming and WiFi. Our internet service is provided via satellite and we kindly ask our fellow guests to refrain from streaming movies and downloading large files onto their personal devices using our free internet service. We have a monthly data limit and once this is used up the service provider will on their end drastically throttle the speed.
So out of fairness to ALL the parties planning to stay at our wonderful home we hope you abide by this code of ethics..

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment made in-full at the time of reservation.
All payments are non-refundable. We recommend the purchase of 3rd party travel insurance for the protection of payments and deposits.
